Does anyone know whether Newcastle can recall HBA from his loan if, lets say, they get a new manager?

what im wondering

“The welcome was amazing,” Ben Arfa continued.

“I was almost crying. I was shocked to see so many people there at midnight waiting for me. It was great and I thank them.”

Almost making me cry...

Watching those two clips I'm having to pinch myself again that we're going to be seeing a player of his skill in a City shirt. Especially when I used to get excited by Neil Mann attacking from midfield and games like this....

Sounds far more genuine than most of the comments players give after joining a squad.

On his day Hull City now have One of the Best players in the PL. Fact.

Great signing. Hopefully he does the biz and we can talk with him in January about a full deal ( as his contract is up @ Newcastle next summer).

Will he get Boyd's shirt number 17 ?

------

I expect Hernandez to get the No.9 mind.

I wish I was a Hull City supporter but clubs are like family, you cant choose them. Well geordies cant anyhow, you are kind of born supporting the toon.
Explains why we constantly get over 50,000 in the ground but haven't won anything domestically since 55.

Or it could be that Newcastle is a big city with one team? Norwich has far better support per head of population and they havent won much since the Milk Cup.

All the Mags I've spoken to today have said exactly the same thing. Blame Pardew entirely and want to see Ben Arfa do really well for us. Certainly didn't want him to leave but resigned acceptance that it was inevitable.

Front page headline Newcastle Evening. Chronicle

Did you have to go

Hull swoop for Ben Arfa on deadline day
Pages 52, 53,54,55 & 56

Yes the Geordies are taking it very very hard , had a great day on the quayside with my City shirt on, without exception everyone was pleasant envious and hated pardew who's days have just got to be numbered

Up the Tigers !!!

Many Toon fans moaning on talksport now about HBA leaving. One bloke has his passwords as Ben Arfa. Lol.

All say that Hull fans are in for a treat. I agree especially with a massive point to prove to Pardew.

Shame that he cannot play @ Newcastle on the 20th mind. Having his name on our roster will have to do for that one.

Newcastle radio commentator just been on RH! Anyone else here him talking about BA ! Bring on the hammers that's all I can say! Can't wait!

if pardew was sacked though
But in that case why would Pardew care?
I think he will/would plan for himself still being there and in that case he would plan for saying '**** you Ben Arfa!!'. In otherwords no recall possibilty to massive NUFC from tiny HCAFC.

I think Allan McGregor's question is a simple one: Does anyone know whether or not HBA can be recalled from his loan should Newcastle wish to do it (as happened with Sunderland and McShane)? Pardew's sacking is a red-herring, as all he was saying is that he doubts Pardew would sanction it due to the animosity between them - but a new manager might do; wouldn't you?

I'm not sure but I thought I heard we'd actually paid a fee for Ben Arfa's loan. If that's the case, I believe they can't be recalled. Wasn't this the situation with Jake Livermore last year?
