Today was the day of my court date, Civil Enforcement Limited vs Me.
I urge anyone who gets one of these phoney parking tickets (not the ones from the council, from private companies) to fight them. Don't be scared of going to court! It's just a tool they use into scaring people into handing over large sums of money. Fight these cowboys.

Can I ask how you add the avatar to your postings ? (and the bit below the posting). Was a bit beery when I tried last night mind.
Evidence was sent to court, court date set. I recieved copies of their evidence (flimsy to say the least), I even met with the judge. Alas, they cancelled at the last minute, so I win by default. It doesn't feel like a win because of the time and effort I've put into fighting this bloody thing. It really is wild west territory, outrageous that they're able to opporate like this.
Go to control panel, at the top right. It's avatar and signature. I still haven't figure out how to put a pic in the sig, though.

i have no doubt in my mind that that came from my part of the world....cole cold is a trinidadian company owned by the S M Jaleel family and Trinidad happens to be one of the top drug transshipment ports for narcotics into europe....trust me when i say...other than a ban on the products or imports from Trinidad(which will not happen) ,nothing will come out of this,the drinks were probably laced before shipment and no one will be held accountable...the joys of livin in the 3rd world...no one is ever accountable and enough money can make anything go away ...just feel very very sorry for his family,as he probably bought the product because of his caribbean back ground.
