Well just be grateful your lot were away from home otherwise that could have been three depressing disasters in a row.

 

I really would have liked that as our away strip.

Mind you I'm refereeing today and rain is forecast here as well so I'm not in a much better position.

 

Actually the forecast has improved here since I last saw it. It's meant to rain just after I finish refereeing.

That's bloody annoying. I was hoping to have the option of doing some work outside around then. Mind you, Southampton's micro climate..!

Ah, just looked properly. The rain looks pretty extensive. Don't think we'll avoid that.

 

If you're about GBS, MotoGP LIVE is on the bloody BBC Red Button from Now [for the tiddlers and main event] until 14.30 today. No main channel coverage until a repeat at 00.15 tomorrow morning. BOO..!

It's true that he's a one trick pony; just being highly innaporppriate at all times. When I'm sat down infront of the telly with the missus, we always try to avoid watching any of his shows. However, sometimes there's just nothing else on, so we ended up sitting their wetting ourselves with laughter while Keith Lemon licks Holly's face, or something.

 

Have never seen Keith Lemon...doubt I will bother now.

 

You might have seen him without knowing it. He's appeared under a fair few false names. Even Keith Lemon isn't the real one. I believe his real name is Leigh Francis. The sort of name you'd have on a vintage car.

 

Blowed it. Moto2: Espargaro wins and Nakagami is second yet again. Redding snatches sixth. Damage limitation day.

Nice little tribute from Nakagami to Shoya Tomisawa who died at the track in 2010. I remember Redding seriously considered giving up racing at the time, he was so troubled by it.

 

I know, I wasn't impressed when I put BBC2 on to find Sailing...

I remember watching that, it was a horrible crash. Moreso because initial reports said that Tomizawa was fine, then after the MotoGP finished it was announced that he had died.

 

Mayweather taught Canelo a lesson. Fight of the night was Garcia vs Matthysse .

 

GB beat Croatia in the Davis Cup and are back in the elite tennis group. Without Cilic, Croatia was no match for Murray et al and lost 3.1 with a dead rubber to play. There are some decent British players appearing now, so hope for the future.
