Woo law degrees.

I'm sure the bloody thing will get me a decent job eventually. Just definitely remember to get some relevant experience before finishing uni. Don't leave it until after. That's how you end up working at a bar and volunteering at the Citizens Advice Bureau simultaneously.

Working in a bar/club is great. You get to chat up so many girls.

Bar work was alright when I was 18. Don't wanna do it any more. The hours are **** and my feet hurt.

Worked in Portugal in a club when I was 18. Worked there for over a year and a half, but never really liked Portugal so moved back here.

How long since you left uni? I thought law was one of the better ones for employment. I guess a lot go to other education/courses etc.

I left Uni about 10 years ago, it was so difficult to get a graduate job particularly in the field I studied. I ended up on a graduate programme for a company I worked for during the holiday's. Transport and logistics is a million miles away from politics but having that degree did give me a leg up, all be it in an industry I hadn't given much thought to.

Good luck to everyone looking for graduate work post Uni.

I left uni a year ago. I've been knocking about trying various different things because I don't really know what I wanna do. I could have continued education if I'd had my heart set on becoming a solicitor or barrister or whatever, but I didn't really fancy it. People who are really into that shouldn't have a massively hard time getting a job as long as they get a 2:1 or better.

I'm just keeping my options open, trying to find myself and trying not to starve.

But not any more for you !!!

Well, that depends on what his girlfriend is up for! I was teasing my mate the other day that he'll never get to chat up hot girls again because he and his girlfriend plan on going the whole distance. Then he told me that actually that's technically not correct because his girlfriend has suggested getting another girl involved. Shut me right up.

Oh man, this might be my favourite YouTube video ever.

Side note: I'd also like to fire it at his mum.
