    I wish it was Root at 6 instead of Bairstow. I think we really need a big partnership from Trott and Bell.

    How do you mean? I'm not convinced moving Root up to open was the best idea but other than that I don't see any need for change.

    We definitely need better starts but Cook has been quality for a while and Trott is a very good player who (so far) has done well today. There's certainly a question mark over the other opener slot but we don't really have many other options there.

    I'm not sure what I think about Henry Blofeld any more. Sometimes I think he's great and sometimes he's quite annoying. Michael Vaughan just seems to laugh at him when they're on together. Makes for odd radio.

    The Aussies aren't bowling that well I don't think. Too many four balls. If they can tighten up it'll be more of a test. Hopefully they don't!
