If the Allams have been going though the long winded legal route in order to not have to pay Barmby off. Whats happens if he wins his appeal?

If they have fallen out with each other, it wouldn't be any benefit to the club if he did return.

Pay off or out of court settlement, or whatever, and getting a new manager in is the only way forward.
