Ive often been shot down in flames here for suggesting the Allams £51(loan) "gift" to the city sounded dodgier than a guy stood in mothercare holding his dick.Hate to be right and i can assure u they havent quite finished with their "gifts" yet.

not sure what to think, i think the way they have treated barmby is out of order, but i find it hard to have any ill feeling towards the allams after the money they put in to the club...has anything barmby has said that justifies a suspension?

I just knew they were not to be trusted. The thing is If there was some money available for players then they would not have got so annoyed with Barmby so it just shows they were not planning on spending any. I just wonder if Nick will be with the players tonight, on twitter it seems they are meeting at "Ask". I really hope some of the posters on here are right and that Adam Pearson has a plan. Maybe he realises that Assam is really quite bonkers and does not have the club interests at heart. One thing for sure its looking like we will have plenty of stuff to talk about on here now, think more stuff will come to light and am dying to hear what Nick has to say. Oh how I hope that the statement will be we have some new owners and Nick will come back as someone said Nick will not be back with the Allams in charge.

my mates son is on citys books cant name him as the allams will get rid . barmby as been suspended allso adam pearson is leaving , allso theres a chance the club is going back on the market, those allams talked a load of **** when they said this is for the people they never got there own way so its us who will suffer the fans. heres hopeing the damage is not to great but what im hearing it doesnt look good

When Pearson left they took the cheap option and ruined our promotion chances by not giving Nick funds in January.I was convinced Nick only took the managers job full time because they agreed not to sell off the top prospects at that time and that he would get decent funds for the new season to improve the squad.He was obviously facing disappointment and as it became more obvious he appeared to be pushing for answers. What the Tigers don't need as a manager is a YES man controlled by Owners/Chairman who are sadly lacking in football nouse(sp) and club commitment and loyalty eg Duffen/Bartlett/Lloyd etc.
Unfortunately the astronomical amounts of money in soccer have destroyed the "working mans" game and it has just become cold business and comedy decisions throughout all divisions of the football league.

He's still bloody boring...he was boring from day one in any interview he gave.
The amount of money invested to save the club from admin seems to have fooled us all. If their interest was property/development and not football why did they invest? The council were never going to sell the stadium.
Letting the fans run the club would be ridiculous. For starters the club would have to be self sufficient or it would be gone in a few years, and there's far too many fans that are of the opinion that you have to speculate to accumulate for us to survive. Secondly, which trust do you give it to? OSC? Co-op? Us lot on here if we got together to do it as a business? Same thing for the CI users?
And this interview was 15 days ago right ? - what's been going on at the club since, for heavens sake?!

poor Nick eh.. the allams promised money to us in january, promised that nick would be given "millions" he then takes the job and no money is made available to him... which is why nick himself came out and said he's happy with the squad... what else could he say ?
nick's a good honest guy and i feel he said what was needed to be said and took the risk that he may be given a warning or something... but he probably never expected this to happen...
