Queens Park Rangers winger
Matt Phillips has been discussing his pre-season in light of the rumours linking him with a switch to
West Brom, telling the
Hoops website that he is focused on giving his all for the club until he hears something different.
Tony Pulis had this week revealed his frustration at
QPR's asking price as he seeks to do a deal for the 24-year-old, according to the
Birmingham Mail, but Phillips is purely interested in getting a good pre season under his belt to continue the superb form he was displaying over spring.
“I’m a QPR player and as you can see from the way I finished last season and the work I’ve done since, I am giving 100 per-cent," he told the
QPR site.
“I’ll give everything until I’m told otherwise.
“I’m fully focused on getting through this pre-season and giving everything for the club.

That record actually left the winger with the highest number of assists in the entire division from the moment Ramsey took charge at Loftus Road, two clear of his next nearest rival, someone he could well be lining up alongside next season, West Brom's Chris Brunt.
It is no surprise that with that kind of form,
the Baggies are so keen on him, but equally, it illustrates just why the R's are eager to keep hold of him, or collect a significant fee if they were to sell.
