Hilary Lister, who was the first disabled woman to sail solo around Britain, has died at the age of 46.

A brave young woman - not just disabled, a quadriplegic; controlled the boat via a straw, adjusting the sails and steering by sipping or blowing into the straw. An amazing effort.

• The Icelandic actor played villain Robbie Rotten in the cult kids' TV show
• Stefansson was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2016 and after surgery appeared to be in recovery but the cancer returned in March 2018
