    Everyone is talking like the NLD was decisive but in truth we lost THREE winnable games in the run top to it.

    That's where Arteta really ****ed up. The NLD shouldn't have mattered we should have been 6-9pts clear at that stage.

    Your last 16 games were : W11 L5.
    A good return (if replicated over the season would have got you 78 pts) .

    However, for that same period Spurs did W11 D2 L3.
    The difference in pts being the difference at the end.

    Whatever the coulda/shoulda/woulda claims are about
    specific games (and all supporters can do that) , those
    two games away in succession against Spurs and the
    Toon are where the questions on mental resolve were
    ultimately asked (and answered) .

    It's just a perspective thing. As a Spurs fan you want to believe that the NLD was where Arsenal missed out on Top 4 but in truth we had a run of winnable games which we completely screwed up on.

    No, I believe that the Toon game is where you lost it.
    And everything else is just coulda/shoulda/woulda (as I explained) .
