Perhaps arsenal will be tired and down after their loss to porto.

Might be an interesting night for us.

Lol Man City were going to be tired .. we lost mate.

Anyone holding onto hopes of willock an Isak being available should know it'll take 4 or 5 games to get upto speed.

Which minute are we thinking Willock gets injured if he plays?

He won't even start and it'll be game over before he's even brought on. I don't think Howe should play him idak or any of our best players because this game is a defeat and we should be focusing on the cup.

Europe is gone we need a cup ! Newcastle are unable to hold any valued position in football debate because we're defeated instantly with the fact we've not won anything since the dinosaurs roamed the Earth. It's probably never going to happen and we will all be dead having wasted our lives hoping.

I think we will simply end up on the end of more defeats and more ****house comments from Man United for a many more years.

When this takeover went through they changed the rules and are constantly shutting the door on Newcastles ambitions.

Looks like we'll be feasted on over the comings years.

As I said in another thread, there needs to be FAR MORE push from fans and clubs on the utter bullshit that is FFP. Given the legal capabilities of some of these clubs, how the **** they continue to get away with it is beyond me. I think if they continue to ****house, PIF will start to flex.

If Jeff Bezos wants to buy Leyton Orient and gift them a billion dollars out of his pocket, he should absolutely be able to. Think about all the people the ivory tower lot are ****ting on, the money that could constantly filter down the pyramid, the competition and excitement it could create. This is why UEFA have it all wrong, they keep running down narrower and narrower alleys when the answer ISN'T to protect the Elite and create Elitist competition - the answer is to spread the wealth to increase interest. They think bigger clubs playing each other is more interesting than a team rising up to challenge at the top. It ****ing isn't. A Premier League where you start a season with 10 of the teams odds on for the title would be fascinating.

I agree but it suits the fans of the big 6 and they dwarf the minority. Then the fans of clubs with no great ambition won't like the idea of Newcastle being a big club.

It's an utterly hopeless case, however there was absolutely nothing stopping PIF loaning Newcastle some good players.. they didn't and that's probably because they're just not that arsed. It won't surprise me if they drop Newcastle eventually.

I think PIF are just being cautious and doing it by the book. Maybe they could have loaned us Saudi League players, but there were already public tears even at the merest suggestion of it. I think PIF are awaiting the outcome of Man City's investigations and in the meantime staying squeeky clean in line with the rules. If so, then think it's a good approach. No need to rush things at greater risk.

I agree with this. The competition laws side of things is really in question here with the current restrictions.

I thinik it was Jak(?) who previously said it's a question of what the real intention of the the financial ruoes is. Because the current format doesn't necessarily support the intended outcome that some suggest it is in place for.

Hopefully but Ashworth obviously doesn't think much of the project. It's a dead end.

That's because as a club, you're the bottom of the barrel, the lowest of the low. You remind me of the self proclaimed King of Chavs Michael Carrol in a lot of ways.

As a club, and as a fan base by and large, you're bottom dwellers. A skid mark on society, on British culture where avoiding you is considered best practice.

All of a sudden, you come into money. You're still that entitled turd who believes the whole word owes you something that you were before you struck gold, but you're just far more intolerable. Like Wayne and Waynetta snob, you just can't shake off that stench. Dancing around in your home made keffiyehs as if being owned by a murdering Saudi state with an abhorrent human rights record is something to be proud of.

Just my two cents of course.
Ever felt robbed even when something cost just 2 cents?

:(

No wonder you’re miserable <laugh>

No wonder you’re miserable <laugh>

It's all very tasty and my body gets all the nutrition it's asking for.

I know myself and I can drop body fat very quickly without losing any muscle and actually building some which lots of imbeciles claim is impossible..it isn't It's just the hard way and they are not capable.

Genuinely it's all very nice food and takes less time than putting something in the oven.
