AP on humberside

he said unless the allams pull thier finger out and give them some money we have no chance of signing anyone decent.hes got a meeting with them about it.
 
AP apparently said it on Humberside. I didnt here it so thought we all assumed he was. Are you saying now he wasnt??

We definitely wanted Danns, it was no secret, we'd already offered £500k for him and January he was a free agent, so it was fairly obvious we'd have another go. My point was that AP just said he was a player we wanted, he didn't list targets in order, he didn't say Danns is our number one target, it's just how the papers reported it, he simply said we hoped to tie up a deal for him.

Harap must work for the papers then as this is what he said at the beginning of the thread, " AP made it clear Hobbs and danns are the two top targets and both very important in terms of where it leaves us regarding other targets."
