We definitely wanted Danns, it was no secret, we'd already offered £500k for him and January he was a free agent, so it was fairly obvious we'd have another go. My point was that AP just said he was a player we wanted, he didn't list targets in order, he didn't say Danns is our number one target, it's just how the papers reported it, he simply said we hoped to tie up a deal for him.
