Forte is a striker. Jose Fonte is a defender that I'd have. Wouldn't need Forte IMO.

 

Would personally not mind someone on loan again if St. Ledger is injured, a young Premier League player if possible, how about Kyle Bartley of Arsenal? Also, anyone know how Miguel Vitor's doing? I know he's probably not the kind of player Pearson'll go for, but a solid young CB in my opinion, who had a great loan spell with us (and knows how to score a few goals!)

Paulo Sousa signed Miguel Vitor.

Vitor looked very good for us but he was injury prone. With Whitbread got a history of injuries would you want Vitor aswell
