Excellent, but don't get me wrong, I know he talks a lot of de do do do de da da da but I think that's because he's nearer 5. Even a ******ed 7 year old would know the difference between right & write, wouldn't they?
Often with strikers, the confidence factor is key to a successful season, so if Abel (or anyone) gets an early goal, the chances are he'll get a few more. They seem to go on runs.
I too think we've paid over the odds but to be fair he was "Plan B" after JR so you're likely to have to push the boat out a bit more and bite your lip, hope it pays off.
Ability-wise, there's no question his potential and SB obviously believes he can polish the diamond.
The motivation for Abel H should be huge too, he's young enough to push for a Uruguay starting place whenever Cavani or Suarez are injured/out of form or favour/banned!

Cavani scored 34 goals in 109 games for palermo and left at the same age of 24 as abel, he later joined napoli and scored 78 in 104 and has since gone to paris for 55mill and scored 18 in 34. PSG have recenelty said that he is worth 70mill.
I may add that cavani has scored only 8 more goals than Abel for his country yet cavani has played 68 and Abel has played 14
I think if Abel is anything like his fellow countryman, we have got a bargain at 9.5mill
