Apparently since then she has been in court again for assaulting and kicking two police officers. Did she get banged away for being in breach of her previous sentence? No. She got a £150 fine. What planet are these magistrates on?

Thought she'd have been up in front of a judge in a higher court for a violent offence like that... If the case wasn't passed over to the crown court, it's a sign that the courts can't cope with the workload... Blame the Tories for cutting the public judiciary system to the bone and labour for not pumping money in.
Blame soft liberal lefties who think hurty words are more deserving of prison sentences than assaults like this. Think she was up before a judge. Anyone assaulting health or emergency workers should automatically get a prison sentence. You can’t blame the Tories for everything.
