NB The Three Degrees weren't on Tamla Motown, they are Philly not Detroit, but Poetic Licence.

Not different but just an astonishing coincidence.

I was on Thetis Island, a 5 sq mile bit of land in between Vancouver Island and mainland Canada.

It was at the island's Xmas Craft Fair where I heard an elderly lady speaking in a completely unmistakable accent. Sure enough she was from Hull, and what's more she was born about 200 yds from where I was brought up in Boulevard.

You couldn't write it. Not a Tigers supporter though :emoticon-0149-no:

My niece and two friends were on a year out trip round the world and they saw loads of lads in City shirts everywhere. They made a point of chatting to City fans because they were always so helpful in telling them where to go or not to etc.

Hull folk stick together. CTID <ok>

EDIT: My niece lives in London now, but she is a member of the SSC.
