typical hdm ignorance of grammar. from a current report that mentions city v everton in the cup last season. newspapers used to have editors who knew about grammar.

They knew that sentences start with a capital letter as well.<laugh>

it was grammar. a first clause written in that manner always refers to the subject of the sentence, and it didn't.
