The guy filming is right but what a twat and what an unnecessary way of going about making a valid point.
What I don't get is why the police didn't arrest him. Abuse, theatening behaviour, whatever. Instead they just take abuse that they shouldn't have to. No wonder they've lost so much respect compared to when I was a kid.
Of course, if the guy filming was in need of the emergency services I'm sure he'd have a bit more respect.
Pity the breakdown driver didn't manage to just twat him off camera.
p.s. I know he does this filming regularly. I've seen his other videos before. What an obnoxious prick.

He's a **** and not a nice one, and I'm surprised no one has ever twatted him. A high court judge, in his wisdom, recently ruled that the police aren't subject to section 5 protection as they're expected to hear and see that sort of behaviour every day. :emoticon-0125-mmm:

I didn't know that.
If that's the reason (for not arresting him) then that judge is an idiot and it's just another example of how ****ed up this country has become.
