I used to sit in the West Stand Upper, then had to move to the North Stand and have moved within the North Stand this season. Would a free for all, first come first served, work or should supporters who used to sit in the WSU have first pick?
I’d offer the seats that people used to have in WSU to them first, then just open it to everyone afterwards

"I took you to mean transition from Allams to new owner"

I didn't I was referring to a transition from one scheme to another. Would I expect consultation on this...yes, That is in part the reason for my posting the OP. Proposals may well have been made in the past, but as far as I can see, no one has asked the supporters, what they would find acceptable. It seems that suggestions have been made, but the scheme is in place now and I have no idea what supporters would make of wholesale changes that could increase the costs for the majority. I believe that most would want to see the return of concessions, but I do not know what percentage would actually support having to pay more themselves.
I also do not know how a return to using the West Stand Upper would be managed.
Well now you've clarified what you are meaning, the simple answer is it's a waste of time under the existing owners because it 'aint going to happen, period. Once, hopefully, we have new owners (please God sometime in the next 18 months or so) then it really isn't rocket science. First off reverse most of what has been implemented and look around at successful fan-interactive clubs for what actually works eg: Huddersfield mentioned above. A new owner can get the fans onside very very quickly.

PLT, I wasn't implying for a second that I believe the fork tongued twats.

Just that if someone wanted to buy the club, they may have to speculate to accumulate.

The longer this continues, the less chance of us returning to where the money is (for an owner) and the greater the chance the club is even more ****ed, and the calibre of likely owners (and come to that, managers and players) is likely to plummet further.

Anything we had going for us is gone.

The only thing left is the parachute payments on the balance sheet which gives us an extra step for FFP if a new owner wanted to invest. Once time runs out on that we're probably the least attractive purchase in the league.

There will be no meaningful changes with these diabolical guardians at the helm so naught will happen until such time as a third party decides we are worth a punt. Could take donkeys years.

Erm...I'm not sure what I said to warrant that response.

But **** off with your **** thread, you daft fat ****. :emoticon-0140-rofl:

Oh I know I’m a daft fat ****, but you are the one who bothered to spend time putting together an alternative to the current scheme, did it include telling the owners to sell up? So far on this **** thread you have posted that the owners should go, that you once put an alternative to the club and that we should follow Huddersfield’s example. Oh and that moving seats is easy. Daft fat **** I may be, but ****ing hell you really need to go back to posting other people’s tweets.

No, it was just revised pricing that included concessions.

You asked me about how I thought people would react to price rises, I gave an example of increased prices that I thought everyone would accept.

I said moving people back into the West Upper would be easy and it would.

You having a **** day or something, you're overreacting to the things posted in a rather odd manner?

Does anyone have our historic season ticket prices? The furthest back I can find is this:

You must log in or register to see images

To get back to 2013/14 levels it would have to be something like this:

West Stand: Adult £40, Senior £25, U-22 £25, U-15 £10 per month
Elsewhere: Adult £35, Senior £20, U-22 £20, U-15 £10 per month
South Stand: U-15 £5 per month

It has been said plenty of times that the owners of the club should do this and should do that, but we as far as I can recall we have not discussed how to implement changes. I have a genuine interest in the answers.

1/ How can concessions be re-introduced?

2/ How a return to using the West Stand Upper work?

Is £21 per month an attractive price to pay to watch a Championship team, if you are not a concession. Would those who are paying the lower bands of membership pay more and if so how much more would they be willing to pay? Ehabs interview showed that the club's price per seat policy would still be used to some degree if concessions were imposed. So what are the alternatives?

Honestly, I do not think that a simple return to £30 season tickets for young supporters is going to happen, as much as I would like it to. But what would be the right amount?
Its the same with the over 65 concession, what is the right level and what would the affect on gate receipts?

Personally, I think that changes need to be made, but how will supporters view another seat move?

Two things have been said to me by mates, in recent days, hence the questions.
What do we think new owners would do with the membership scheme and how would supporters react to paying more, so that others get concessions?

The easy answer will be just do it, but I cannot see an easy answer myself. I am not saying we should stick with what we have, but I really have not seen anyone put forward alternatives.

Maybe, just maybe, the collective knowledge and experience on here, could put together alternatives that are viable and even if they do not appeal to the current owners, they may appeal to new ones.
Very perceptive tom.

More comedy gold from the big chief of the Allamites, the gift that keeps on giving.

I am sure you will be able to heroically represent us at the (subject to relevant apologies) mooted upcoming fanboy meeting.

Perhaps you could inform them that we will settle for nothing less than a sporting village, with retail outlets a casino an ice skating rink a couple of hotels and an arena for fat birds on roller skates. Ta.
