The club was sold to another company.
Yes or no?
I imagine a fully grown beard and a mountain of paper with flow charts and diagrams and shi
I have just told you that there is no mechanism for it. None at all.
Its the whole thing about the business (the club) and the company being different.
But you have no evidence to back it up?
No. Not in the same way at all. Given that the liabilities shifted with the sale.Yes, in exactly the same say the club would be sold out of the company prior to liquidation.
Right i'll try and explain it one more time.
Imagine i start a company, have some sucess then eventually i run into financial trouble. I then move all the assets into a new company and liquidate the old one. I have therefore washed my hands of the old company. As far as i am concernd everything i did with the old company is finshed, finito, gone.
ie you liquidate rangers their history stops there as the timeline is finished. Anything you do after that is with a new company and not part of the original company.

Yea, that is correct, it is two completely different companies, but you could pre-pack the business and keep it running if you liked.
Look up Pre-Pack admin and google and it will show you how.
Thank **** for that i thought you were never going to get it. So now you know why they don't keep the history.
No there is no mechanism for this to happen. SPL:/SFA rules would have to be changed to let this happen. This is a fact.
Would you also like some magic beans with your purchase of goodwill?
Then why in your fairytale world would a post liquidation Rangers be relegated from the SPL?
The mystery of the murky business world of Rangers FC deepens. Just what is this connection between 'Goodwill' and Rangers?
