My questions weren't directly at you as obviously you have wrecked your head with this

Just general questions like does anyone know for sure if its in Sunderland or if its a player etc.

Maybe put it to the echo marra,
Give them a story to run with instead of "latest takeover talks, we'll keep you informed of any latest news if it happens"
