As Ehab made no attempt to sign anyone Bruce wanted, to force him out of the club, it really doesn't make any difference who his target were.

Maybe Ehab didn't want Bruce wasting any more money on mediocre players to what he has already done.

Bruce likes to blow/waste money, he has wherever he has been.

Proschwitz? and for the better part, Hernandez? (yeah he has scored a few in the championship, he should, lets once again see what he can manage this season)

Robertson?
Odubajo?

Personally, I'm less upset about Bruce leaving and is getting a fresh start with a new manager than the matter in which it happened. I think to have your most successful manager choose to leave not because he got a better gig or because he's won everything is shocking and extremely worrying.

I reckon Abel will be off to Italy.

Odubajo seems a good signing but Robertson is too inconsistent for me.

It always makes me wonder why offers haven't flooded in for players such as these if they are so good and we'll thought of.

Who's to say there haven't been offers?

We got 8m for Brady, another Bruce signing.

Yes but Brady wad already here, he also played under Barmby, hardly a Bruce find.

Brady was not already here when Bruce became manager. Bruce brought him here.

We're talking about players signed by Bruce. Pearson/Barmby did not sign Brady, who, again, was poor when he played here under them.

I remember when Barmby got fired, you were all ready to slit your wrists then, I think we all agree that Barmby was great on the pitch, but as manager? he sucked
Now SB has walked,.. Again you are all poised with a razor blade and you are laying the blame, rightly or wrongly at the Allams door. SB isnt very good as a manager. if he was, he would probably still be at Birmingham challenging in PL..
if I was bankrolling the club, Id want to make sure that we arent a yoyo club or in a relegation dogfight every season. Businessmen are the best type of owners cos they arent hampered by emotion, can you imagine running a business with emotion only?
heh **** you would be bankrupt within a year. "Im not letting go of that player cos he is like family, just cos he is getting into his 50's?"
I am backing Allams cos as businessmen, they are best for Hull City.
They have upset some precious ppl by calling them names.
what I find hilarious is that ppl 'protest' by singing in the KCom stadium.
AA is left laughing all the way to the bank, "yeah you showed him"

a lot of you bend what they have done to fit your argument, Im sure that what they are doing is best for the club.
I have retired from going for my own reasons, but that makes me less of a fan in some peoples eyes, if it makes you feel better to line AA's pockets so you can sing 'protest' songs at 19:04, go ahead.
Why dont you scabs get a plackard and make a picket line at the gates of KCOM?
find out if those that sing at 19:04 will stand by their principles and actually boycott the game.or whether they want to just carry on regardless. I suspect that many of them will not mind lining the pockets of the Allams as long as they get to see PL football.

Cock!

I thought he was here 11 to 13 on loan and 13 to 15 perm?

Pearson first brought him here on loan.

<doh> How many times do I have to say the same thing before it sinks in?

Pearson had him here on loan. He was very average.

Bruce then signed him on loan and he was good, leading to Bruce signing him on a permanent.

You made the case Bruce wastes a lot of money, but Bruce made a large profit on Brady and Long, and we will likely make profits on several other players he signed as well.

You really can't credit Bruce with finding a player who was already playing for us before he took over. Obviously he signed him permanently, but he wasn't responsible for bringing him to the club.

There's plenty of other good signings that he did bring in, as you've already detailed.
