Oh dear. When you started this, you cIaimed to want a discussion. I've offered you a lot of points, backed up with evidence.
You are reduced to trying to hide behind an apostrope that you only realised you'd repeatedly missed off when you saw me spell it properly when I tried to nail you down to one argument in the hope you had a credible reply.

The jews, who Naik reckons have a hot line to the same creator, saw through mohamed right at the time, and rejected him and his attempts to link to Abraham. It's partly why he changed from praying to Jerusalem, to joining the pagans and praying toward the moon god shrine.
You'd think the creator would have given the jews the nod about the revisions to the rule book, or provided mo with better guidance and a stronger argument..

The Koran franks that by saying those before i.e. Jews, Christians & Sabeans as being safe in their beliefs so it recognises the status of the original religion. Naik is on an image crusade and has little or no real knowledge of the scriptures so to hear him make a fool out of himself misquoting them is frankly laughable nonsense.
Someone showed Naik to me, thinking it was a comedian on a piss take, he's that bad.
No offence, but if your average Joe or people on a football message board can rebut his arguments, there's little wonder he stays well clear of professional debaters.
Its India mate and although headlines certainly say what you suggested that's not how it works.
Naik is in Saudi and his money is safe. The stuff in India was NGOs with his name attached to them not his physical assets
His stuff in Malaysia etc is safe and India can lodge as much paperwork as they like, its posturing
They sent him a letter to ordering him to appear in front of a court and he said "chalaterz, who are you?". So they " attached " 80 odd crore rupees to his new charge and that is classed as seized

Now I disagree with naik on many points and am not really a fan but the charges against him are laughable at best. But then this is India and he is not the first high profile case.
