Its India mate and although headlines certainly say what you suggested that's not how it works.

Naik is in Saudi and his money is safe. The stuff in India was NGOs with his name attached to them not his physical assets

His stuff in Malaysia etc is safe and India can lodge as much paperwork as they like, its posturing

They sent him a letter to ordering him to appear in front of a court and he said "chalaterz, who are you?". So they " attached " 80 odd crore rupees to his new charge and that is classed as seized

If that is how seized works I have just siwzes WHL <laugh>

Now I disagree with naik on many points and am not really a fan but the charges against him are laughable at best. But then this is India and he is not the first high profile case.

You're not actually a legal authority though, are you, Fan? It's not the same thing at all.
I don't think that anyone actually knows where he is at the moment, do they? Some say Saudi and others say Malaysia.
Seems to have gone to ground, following the various legal issues he's having.

I seem to remember you using his crap to "refute" evolution, many years ago.
Probably explains why you're so confused about it. I hope you didn't send him any money.
