He sounds like a good fit in terms of personality which is very important. I like the comments about self assuredness.
There is no real evidence he is capable of managing at this level however, but, unlike Adams you can maybe see something in him that might work.
I genuinely don't think McNallys picked him as a cheap option, he must have seen something in him through interview he really likes.

I agree with most of this Carrabuh (except the Scottish bit). This is a move that has been heavily researched one would think. The Accies fans suggest high-tempo (bless the lord after Adams boring tippy tappy stuff), passing football. Never say die attitude drilled into his players (though being young 'uns its easier to get that mentality). His team is never satisfied with a lead, always look for more.
