Its almost as if the Trust had a statement ready to put out celebrating the Council winning , probably calling for the trust to now mediate between the two sides. Should have made the Trusts meeting with Brady today a little more interesting
Fancy a bit of a trampoline tonight, don't know why, I just do. I'll book in a sesh at the Airco. Shouldn't be a problem.
So the bad guy finally wins one. The horrible bullying businessman gets his own way. Stealing is absolutely fine if you're a very rich man. It's just wonderful news isn't it.
It helps if you don't break the law. Or a contract. It's amusing you think he bullied or bought the courts decision. It's also disturbing a director of the supporters trust just called the owners of our club a thief.
Yes - it is good news for the football club but bad news for the taxpayer who's money has been wasted in a totally pointless action bought by the incompetents at HCC.
Even less ****ing surprise which posters still won't blame HCC and who think they know better than a court, simply because they didn't get the decision they wanted.
How do you know he hasn't broken the contract or the lease? The council are useless according to you. They could have barked up the wrong tree. He didn't bully the court. I suspect the Council lost when they admitted he could lay the turf. The war continues we'll see what the next round looks like.
Like I said the Council picked the wrong ground to fight on and not surprisingly lost. The Allams still own the SMC and the Labour Party controls the Council. We'll see what happens next. The Council can always appeal.
Sounds like more money to waste unless they're going in with a plan! Politicians are idiots & all they're decisions are based on experts in their own fields, politicians are just the face to come out with what they've been told!
No ****ing surprise which posters on here don't know who is actually to blame for the problem in the first place.
Is it? Are you sure? I see the Trust used some of my subscription to give to the Allam owned Hull City Tigers Limited.
The trust never discussed putting out any statement on the outcome of the court case. The meeting was quite interesting.
HCC - 'While the SMC incurred £67k costs, the council’s costs were not of this magnitude and the total cost is below the figure indicated as the majority of resource applied was from staff employed by the council'' Tit-for-tat nonsense, that's why the SMC statement was stupid.
You want to see minutes of a conversation that never happened? Erm...... All board meeting minutes are available on the Trust website.
