All but Rodwell had the clause. He's on 60k too. You can have those both if it was up to me fella. Yeah we got some good kids. Enough u23 to fill a 3rd of the squad.

There's only china paying those sort of wages and with the new restrictions on overseas players I think they'd be more inclined to splash out on someone who'd make shirt sales rather than somebody the Chinese public probably has never heard of.

I know. Just grabbing at straws but I don't see Roswell playing for us in 6 to 8 weeks. No idea why.
 
I actually think Rodwell will have a good season and score a few goals this season.

Fitness pending

Having forced myself to watch a bit of the championship last year it was cringe worthy how much time defenders give people on the ball in and around the box.

With a few extra secinds to tee hinself up I think he'll rake a few in from the edge of the box where he'd usually lash them wide when being closed down by premier league defences

The mags have just paid nearly 7m for Atsu. I saw a side by side comparison of his stars from last season, with McGeady. McGeady pissed all over him.

I think I'm in the minority of one, but I still see a player in Rodwell. For at least half of the times he played last season, he was comfortably one of our best players on the pitch. Keep him fit and I think he could really shine and kick start his career in the Championship.

One and a half mate. I can`t decide about that bloke. Times I think he shows class, other times I think he`s a waste of space.

There`s something there. It`ll be interesting to see what Grayson & co make of him. New players around him? who knows.

Make that a majority of two. With better players around him and a manager who appears to be a very good man manager, we may finally see the lad produce the goods on a regular basis, especially at championship level.
