Apologies for talking about Hull City related matters on a Hull City forum rather than things which are political and against forum rules.

Also, in terms of our club, which is more important - ISIS killing a Brit, or the name change?

Does that mean nothing else matters?

It's absolutely barbaric what those cowardly, faceless bastards continue to carry out in the name of Islam, the supposed religion of peace, it is also completely irrelevant, unconnected & incomparable to any part of this thread or the name change debate.

You could apply this to anything. Next time somebody says "did you watch the match on tv yesterday?" You reply BORING, an innocent man just got beheaded." You ask your partner / mum "what's for dinner tonight?" she replies "BORING, an innocent man just got beheaded."

This is a football messageboard, this issue is the most important thing to face our club in it's entire 110 year history. It's more worthy of discussion than any other topic ever posted on here.

I'm pretty sure that our nickname, "The Tigers" has never been part of our name until AA made it so for the parent company. I suppose that this means that, if his employees refer to him as "The Boss" and "The Gaffer", then his full name is now "Assem Allam Boss Gaffer"?

Perhaps he should shorten it to "Boss Gaffer".

He is not a doctor, real doctors emerge from uni after spending years learning things. Many people are given honorary doctorate titles, but not many use it.
    The rest is all ok.

People generally just use his normal name, Sir Nicholas of Barmby.

He's doing a very good impression of the contrary. He can't string a coherent argument together and simply regurgitates old points.

AA is a successful generator manufacturer, by his own admission he knows **** all about football, as he's currently trying to prove to the world.

The Tamil Tigers have such a great Global reputation don't they !!

Hull Tigers sounds more like a terrorist group than a football club
