He does some daft things, he doesn't inspire and he talks utter bollocks.
Apart from that, he's alright.

Sorry but it's nonsense to say a formation is awful. We've played pretty conventional systems that loads of other teams play so they can't be that bad. But bad players in a 'good' formation will still be a bad team. The idea that arranging them in a particular pattern for pre-match infographics is such an important factor in results is absurd.
How many times have you watched them this season? We look more effective with two up front than just 1. It’s not in the slightest bit absurd.
Which games have we played 2 up front? I can't recall many.
We brought Dicko and Campbell on up front against Leeds and looked infinitely better.
We didn't have a shot FFS. If that's the best evidence to support the notion that our usual formation is awful, it rather suggests you were just spitting out a tired cliché there.
I get it, we're playing ****, but it doesn't always have to be because of the manager or formation. It's ridiculous that they're always to blame. We're **** because we have a **** team. We're absolutely no ****ter than expected. Just **** prep, **** signings for three years and everyone else has gone out the door. It can't always be the manager.
Oh dear. Angry man again. We looked far more imposing and more likely to pose a threat on goal. Perhaps if you went you would have seen for yourself first hand. We almost looked dynamic.
Wasting your time trying discuss anything with him doesn't like it let alone offer anything other than the same **** over and over again..

When we get taken over he has to go, we might have poor players and a poor squad but he isn't getting the best out of players like Toral and Dicko who are proven at our level. Also far too many matches with no shots on target, even a ****e team can at least get some shots off and look like they are trying their best. The whole Henriksen captaincy shambles sums him up
I don't think he has done anything in recent years to justify being our manager, football has moved on completely since he had his early successes. I said it before he was appointed so not really changed my opinion. The over-positivity is too much and I reckon he won't have the respect of a lot of the players because of the nonsense he comes out with every week.Interesting looking at Toral and Dicko's career stats.
Toral 70 CCC appearances (including as a young lad first move out of Arse), 14 goals
Dicko 94 appearances for Wolves, 31 goals.
Both decent sets of stats.
You are right.
And certainly right about Henriksen captaincy being a shambles. He has to change it during the break; let's see if he does.
Fair do's
When he does go, he should take up politics and become a spin doctor...
What's he gonna say? People complained when Bruce would always say how terrible it was after a bad defeat. The manager can't really win after a bad game can they? They have to come out and fulfill an obligation to talk but they can't come out and say look, my team are ****, what do you want me to do?
You can say that about a few on hereHe does some daft things, he doesn't inspire and he talks utter bollocks.
