Tony here Not a member of the senior club Supporter since 1988 Who was the striker that got kidnapped
Agree. In his first few appearances he looked unfit, slow and ponderous. He looked ok in the last few games by virtue of everyone else looking really ****.
Yes,there is a lot of stuff that gets lost in translation. He does well to be fair and he's constantly thinking what's been said and what to answer,it must be difficult. I can't help thinking this is the last chance saloon and he's not going to land himself in more debt if this goes belly up this season but bollox to negativity, hopefully this season is going to be the one where it all drops into place. I hope he gets the players he's bidding for and this coach can mould them, after all,we all want the same thing...
Just shows how unlucky you can be, perhaps Selles was right and he was a perfect final piece of the jigsaw....injured after two games
Thought that was the best Q&A. Yes there were some dafter questions but overall there were some good ones Interesting to note that the Walton St development is still on the cards
Furlong wasn't at Brighton with Rosenior. It was a club development signing according to Liam himself. Also there was a fireside chat with Acun and Tan on tigers plus shortly after we signed Giles and Acun was very much taking the credit - Liam dropped him for Jacob. Mehlem was almost certainly Walters man, but did finish joint top assists last season and Connolly was certainly Rosenior pick. Im pretty sure Joseph was Selles pick. Lokilo got signed following a decent loan spell in Turkey, where he scored a few. screams more brain team that one rather than Rosenior to me.
So sky will be following acun a lot this next year Its sure going to be interesting One way or another
No. But from what I’ve heard what’s currently in place is going to be it basically due to the disabled bays
Yea i heard that As the rows below it cant be standing And becasue the disabled bays are 3/4 up the stand around the whole bowl
I believe there is some room for more seats at the top of the Chris Chilton East Stand without having to raise the roof, would be great for safe standing right along the stands full width and I'd like to see this incorporated into any development plan.
Agree, I thought it was pretty good. Decent questions and what felt like honest answers. He does not dodge questions (although he says he has learned that some things are best not commented on at the time). I wonder how many other clubs have this level of openness. I may not agree with all his decisions (and, as he says, I am not privy to some of the behind the scenes factors) but I appreciate his openness.
Well I for on was impressed when he had his first cameo for us coming on as a sub in the second half of a game. And thought based on that i expexted him to start in the next game. But we did not see him on the pitch after that until a few games later.
