The butthurt being laid bare over Spurs is nothing like I have ever seen, or likely to see again in my lifetime.
Look at, and face the facts, people.
We have one of the best managers in the world. He has openly stated that he wants to end his career at Spurs. He’s 45 ffs!
We have the greatest striker in the world. He has openly stated that he wants to be a Spurs legend.
We are about to take occupation of the best football stadium in the world.
We have one of the best youth academies in the world.
We are going places.
Or, put it this way - we are going to be there or thereabouts for the foreseeable future.
Get used to it.

I actually agree with most of that. I just think Man City tick all the same boxes but have also been those places and are more likely to go there again. Man Utd have incredible spending power and a great academy, Liverpool look awesome and Chelsea and Arsenal can't be discounted (well maybe Arsenal a bit, no offence but they seem like the 6th most likely of the lot to be equipped going forward, their new ownership may fix that though).
It seems very likely Tottenham will win something soon and then it's a question of whether it spurs them on (pun intended). It'd be good to see some new winners.
I sincerely hope your boys do well in your table topping clash this weekend buddy.

League One side Sunderland will host Manchester City Under-21s in the last eight of the Checkatrade Trophy.
City are the only invited club left in the competition, while Sunderland beat Newcastle Under-21s in the last round.
Yeah got to assume Man City U21's are pretty good. At home though, you've got a chance.
Couple of CMs, mate. Got **** all depth beyond Sissoko and Dier. Winks is basic, Dembele and Wanyama are finished while our youngster Skipp can’t be expected to perform miracles at the moment. Other areas could do with a bit of tweaking but that’s the main problem area for us and has been for about 18 months now.
Forget all of this tearful wishful thinking and explain to us how spurs are the new united ?
... already have ... unfortunately more Newcastle under Keegan than Manchester under SAF
... some fine individual players - some great, exciting, attacking football ... but won **** all and flaked when the pressure was on ... lots of similarities ...

Young, mainly homegrown squad. Bright young manager with a massive future ahead of him.

In Spurs’ last game only two of the starting XI came through the ranks. One of them will be dropped as soon as another purchased midfielder is fit.

Which players from your first team are homegrown ? I.e have come through the spurs academy.
Given he recently posted that Dele Alli is “one of our own” it’s fair to say that he hasn’t got a ****ing clue.
