For what it's worth I don't. WTF is 'the matchday experience'. Some ****e dreamt up by the premier league. Getting rid of that idiot with the microphone would improve my matchday experience. I'm sure others like it. Which only serves to prove my point which is this. 'The matchday experience' will be different for everyone.
I first took my son when he was a baby (Rushden and Diamonds away) and then to the last game at Boothferry park when he was still a baby, and then to the KC. He has never had his face painted, nor had a balloon or whatever ****e the marketing idiots dream up and he is an avid supporter.
Please think of another way of uniting the support.

I can go back further than that, as can many family members, and barely a facepaint in sight.
'Matchday experience' simply means the day out. From leaving home to getting back. Face paint and jester, and the Crystal Palace ultras are examples of some types, but they're not for me.
I'd prefer a bit more raucous and spontaneous, with a smattering of terrace humour thrown in. If that included ramming the stand intro man somewhere dark, it'd get my vote.
The current matchday experience is ****e in my view, and yes it's different for different people, which is kind of the point about the empty seats creating an opportunity to encourage different types to different areas, so each could enjoy the day in their own way. That's doesn't mean that they'd be divided, as they could be united in enjoying the day, rather than competing with each other.
Two of the things I think the Trust got wrong and explain why I'm not a member.
One, sponsoring Sone Aluko without asking the members whether they thought that was a good idea. At the time a number of people were already boycotting the matches. Others were refusing to buy anything from the club. One of my criticism's against the Allams was they wanted to change the name without asking the supporters. The Trust gave the Allams our money without asking. But we got our name on the TV screen and announced when he came, and that excuses it, well not with me.
Two the Trust called no meetings to discuss the membership scheme and organise a campaign against it. The only meeting for supporters was the sparsely attended one outside West Park gates. It wasn't called by the Trust. After that small meeting the Trust launched the red card campaign. A good idea which lasted two matches. When we had the world's cameras on us against Derby County and Sheffield Wednesday it was abandoned. They led us up to the top of the hill and then left us there. We had one protest this season. I've seen nothing since. I don't know whether they want the membership scheme scrapping, amending or what.
I have no confidence in them being involved in any campaign, never mind being able to get rid of the Allams.
Reading this board it would appear the Allams are more important than Hull City AFC. I'm past caring whether they stay or go I want to go to the KC and enjoy watching Hull City again. I want the KC to have our real name plastered all over it on a match day. I want to see a sustained campaign to get concessions re-introduced and ideally I want to see a supporters organisation that fights till the end. We don't need new owners for any of that. Nor do we need Allams permission.

Ok. I am usually in N3. I'll get my Hull City flag (small'ish. 6 x 4 I think) printed up with Allam OUT. If anyone wants to help me tie it somewhere the stewards can't reach it I'll accept the assistance. Ideally someone else would do it for me due to my age and me not wanting to get lobbed out.
The anticipation of seeing it on tv or being reported would improve my matchday experience. Anyone?

Good call. Let's run that up the flag pole, and see who salutes it.
Then kick some ideas around the carpet before seeing if anyone picks the ball up and runs with it. Though it may be a good idea to keep our powder dry and put things on the back burner unti we know if the Allams are going to continue with their present strategic staircase or embark on a paradigm shift.
Standard response is "if you want to make changes, join us and make them".

They seem more interested in the short lived, and pretty much pointless, twitter campaign and flogging tshirts than actually doing owt.
Seemed to me they gave up on actually challenging the membership scheme, which is a shame as if they'd done something more than release a press release, I would almost certainly have joined by now.
Since their own rebrand, and despite Geoff being Chairman now, I really don't see any changes. Current campaign details, updated by PLT 25 days ago regarding the ownership of the club...nothing since. Oh unless you count the embarassingly ineffectually poor [HASHTAG]#askehab[/HASHTAG] one
The blokes united thing is nice, although I do wonder how the decision to sponsor them was made, and what the terms of the sponsorship are, i.e. monetary or something else.
I genuinely hoped they'd live up to expectations, and I'd have a reason to join. They haven't so far, and I still don't. Our club is dieing. The owners have given up. The fans have given up. We literally have no one fighting for us, and it's very sad.
What about asking the Council if you can use their branding:

Just make the Council part with embroidery the same colour as the background?
Ignoring most of this cos it's the usual rubbish but re Blokes United. The sponsorship is financial. We're paying for their kit.
As the club doesn't sell anything with our full name on how about writing to the club and asking for permission to use the name and the old badge to produce our own merchandise?
