Nobody is asking anyone to lay out a business plan. Just not to talk in riddles. If you've got something to suggest, suggest it. If you haven't, then don't clog up the thread with vague nonsense.
Re the branding thing. I do support the principle. There's clearly a market for stuff that actually has our name on it. However, with a large spoonful of realism, I really can't see how it would be possible to do. You'd have Allam's lawyers camped out on the doorstep before you could say "oh ****".
I do also think that efforts at the moment should be focussed almost exclusively on direct action and campaigning to get the Allams out of our club. This, for me, would take up time and resource better served elsewhere. First and foremost, we need them out.

I must have missed that bit amongst the usual negativity & cryptic crap.
I filed a class 25 (clothing, footwear and headwear) trade mark application for Hull Tigers, to prevent anyone being able to use it on any form of clothing (including kits), I received a threat of legal action from Rollitts within days of them spotting it.
Rollits are literally the Devil's advocate. Every day their job at work is to make sure the Allams get away with some sort of skullduggery. What a squalid career that must be.

But they were sweating on the weather because the plane had to fly from near Manchester and it was a bit rough going! They only got the yes about an hour before the kick off! Great organisation though even if I am a rovers fan

There's nothing vague or fuzzy in what I put. It's certainly clearer than what's come from you or the trust.
I'm suggesting that looking for opportunities to improve the match day experience would have benefits to the campaign.
I've suggested that one option is to market clothing. It doesn't have to conflict with any copyright anymore than 'irrelevant' or ask Ehab does.
I've suggested that the empty seats could be an opportunity to get like minded people together, be they the sort that like to sit or those that lie to stand.
None of that needs any input from the Allams, so fans can help fans.

Why some have to chuck obstruction and negativity, rather than looking at ways to progress things is probably saying something about them.

If a suggestion for action is to have the best chance of full and frank discussion,it should probably be clearly stated and not mixed up with other things. A suggestion interlaced with apparent criticism of certain individuals and supporters groups tends to suggest an agenda more than a positive suggestion. Protagonists really should have learnt by now.
I think an alternative Hull City type clothing brand is unlikely to hasten the Allams out of Hull City, which is what will unite fans above all else. But I'm looking forward to being proved spectacularly wrong by focussed and inclusive actions.

It should hardly be a surprise, and it's hardly hidden with other things that I advocate a full and frank discussion. I think I described it as being a drum I bang, so it seem clear enough to me.
I think you're highlighting a few of the problems I hinted at. Yes, I have reservations about the approach of certain people involved, but they're not the issue, because over and above that, I accept that they're the ones that have pushed themselves forward as the voice of 'Hull City Supporters' I don't beleive creating a new group would benefit anyone. I don't think they should see suggestions as a threat.
A regime simply aimed at driving the owners out, is something tried at a number of clubs, rarely with success. Leeds are the nearest, and look what they got, and where their trust is now.
However, that can continue anyway, what I'm outlining, in my opinion would help unite fans and build for the future.

I don't diss everything they do. I do think that there are other ways of doing things, and encouraging, rather than obstructing discussion is one.
What's the problem with offering suggestions?
Isn't a lack of discussion part of what is wrong with the Allams?

I subscribed to this thread because I'm interested in what we can do as fans to protest against the Allams but support the team etc etc (sorry, no ideas myself as yet). However, if this is going to turn into another bun-fight where Dutch makes vague insinuations about the Trust while denying doing so, then I'm binning it. Life's too short for that crap.

Obviously, but they must know it's wrong. Presumably they're extremely well paid for it. I wouldn't want to work for a company that I didn't like, but working in a role where my job every day was to make sure dastardly bastards get away with murder at everyone else's expense, that'd be a non-starter. Particularly when it's usually against the local community that they must live in.
