Today we find out if the Council had the balls to carry on their legal action against the SMC and whether the court grants an injunction if they did.

The press reported today was the day. Whether its heard will depend on whether the Council have caved in. Theoretically there could be an application to adjourn it. All things, good and bad, come to those that wait.
