If they refuse to play ball over Sancho I’d just activate the kid Haaland’s release clause and tell them he’s getting offered £300k a week, enjoy next season with Jadon, we’ll take your 30-40 goal striker. Raiola on the payroll, cheers.

Since every news outlet has been saying for weeks that we were well apart in valuation and that we wanted some kind of payment plan to meet their demands i would assume something has been discussed/proposed.

What's being reported is when Dortmund announced the deadline, United went quiet.

If they put a deadline on it (even though everyone knows it's bollox) at that point Woody should've gone in with an offer i.e. an up front fee and proposed add ons. If you're Dortmund you'd expect something. If United didn't respond with anything then I'm really not surpised the Dortmund president has come out with a big Fck You today.

It's certainly not over, but just highlights how clueless and inept out CE really is. Especially as we all know he'll cave in the end and offer full asking. He's such a ****. I really wish he'd just fck off tbh.

Seems very much like Sancho was using United' as the 'strawman' in a calculated move to leverage his earnings ... happens ... not entirely convinced that he would have the same impact in the EPL as he has in the Bundesliga tbf, which is nowhere near as competitive ...
