Hard to imagine that Pogba was on the Bowyer/Gallen list of targets.

 

I am struggling to envisage Lee Bowyer telling MS “get me Florentin Pogba”.

At the moment people are putting 2 & 2 together, because we haven’t signed anyone and Pogba is training with the Under 23s.

The *suspicion* must be that we get to the end of the week, and then hear the dreaded “Pogba has trained well with the Under 23s so ......”

 

if we sign him i fear for us this season. and for next season as it looks like we've been duped by ESI and their "marque signings" talk.

a seasoned pro would look good in the u23's in the same way i'd look phenomenal taking my gcse's now.

if we haven't signed players in 25 days, then i give up hope for the remaining 5. ideally, they should have come in before fulham, or the day after.

I faintly remember playing football manager about a decade ago and he was a wonderkid on it. Maybe ESI are scouting with Football Manager 2009?
