Look into the past as you do snd you see ‘one mans terrorist-is another mans freedom fighter’
The only way to end violence is by dialogue. They did it in S. Africa, even the man I despise Blair ended it in N. Ireland. The Korean conflict ended around a table.
Don’t just blindly follow the Tory script - JC was one of the few (very few) who saw through the dust thrown up by Bush & Blair.
He won’t send good men to die for oil.
❤️
I have watched videos of the man marching in funerals with IRA with their heads covered in balaclavas and carrying rifles I don’t think he was having a friendly chat about being naughty to be fair.

And the 2 million people who marched on London? Everybody could see that we were going in regardless.

Nothing to do with WMD's. The Yanks wanted payback for the twin towers coming down and we backed them up. Everybody could see that.

Still, if you knew how many of our soldiers the yanks have saved with their intelligence, you'd understand why it's a good idea to have them on our side.

The bit that I have copied in bold. What lie did he tell the Queen?
From the BBC after the Supreme Court ruling over the sttempt to close down parliament :-
‘It comes after the court ruled it was impossible to conclude there had been any reason (let alone a good reason - to advise Her Majesty to prorogue parliament for five weeks’’
Thus the court found that Boris gave wrong/ false reasons to ask the Queen to close Parliament. There getting almost universal condemnation for dragging the Queen knto his nefarious plans.

So you can't prove that he lied to the Queen?

I thought so.

I truly give up on this one Saffy.
90% of the world says he lied but you can have this one. :)
KTF
You just constantly make stuff up. Sorry, but you do.

Where are you getting this 90% figure from? If he's lied to the Queen you'll have no problems saying what that lie was.

You won't be able to back either of those wild claims up, though.

And Bonkers Boris comes across as TRUSTWORTHY ????
The man is an inveterate LIAR
Lied to the Queen and worst of lied to you and me.
Both him and Trumpty Dumpty take money from Putins pals.

Bring some integrity. PLEASE.
To be fair I’ve never seen any MP that is trustworthy they all tell lies to suit their own agenda and to line their own pockets, so you can include the tramp in your description of Boris. I’m labour by the way before you ask but there’s no way I will be voting for them this election with that terrorist and a party that has antiSemitism in its ranks.

No he fidn’t what ?
Lie to the Queen ?
Lie to you & me ?
Takes money from Russian business men
(business men) ?
Don’t think this is conjecture - you can refuse to believe if you wish and you can join the flat earth society at the same time.

Time for change - time for honesty.
JC4PM

do you seriously think you’ll get this from the tramp.

The bit that I have copied in bold. What lie did he tell the Queen?
He advised the Queen to prorogue Parliament knowing full well that it was unlawful to do so. He wanted Parliament suspended because he couldn't get the House to agree to his Brexit plans. Remember he said he would rather be dead in a ditch than miss his October Brexit deadline, he knew he would miss it so he tried to shut down Parliament to stop the debate. The High Court ruled that the effect of a lengthy, parliamentary suspension at this time was unlawful.
Giving judgment, Lady Hale said: “The courts have exercised a supervisory jurisdiction over the lawfulness of acts of the government for centuries.”
They then ruled the decision to prorogue parliament was unlawful because it had “the effect of frustrating or preventing the ability of parliament to carry out its constitutional functions without reasonable justification”. She added: “No justification for taking action with such an extreme effect has been put before the court.”
Following the judgement the court said the speakers of both the Houses of Lords and Commons could reconvene immediately.

So what lie did he tell the Queen? Can you just be exact about it, please.

He may or may not have lied about the reasons for proroguing parliament, but I'm asking what lie he told the Queen?

He told her it was the correct thing to do because the Parliament session had overrun but he was doing it to stymie the debate, a Prime Minister cannot make stuff up to suit his own agenda. He advised the Queen that an unlawful act was the correct course to take.

No way I’ve good Scsndinavian gelt on my plastic card.
Will you be at the game? If so where do you get your refreshments. ?
I don't drink alcohol, Noggie. It's not often I venture into pubs but if you let me know your watering hole, I'd be happy to stick my head in and have an orange juice, with you. I can't make the game next Saturday because I've got an appointment at 3.30pm (what an appointment to give a man) with my consultant about problems I'm having with my thyroid. I'm good to go any game after that, though.

That unlawful act was up for debate, though. The court agreed with him originally and then it was overturned by the Supreme. Going on that I don't think anybody can say he knew it was unlawful what he was doing. A bit sly, certainly! I don't believe he thought it was unlawful, though.
