Everton have signed winger Yannick Bolasie from Crystal Palace for a club-record fee of £30m.

Due to a sell-on clause, Bristol City will receive 15% (£4.5m) of the £30m Everton have paid for Yannick Bolasie.

The Football Association will this week confirm the appointment of Craig Shakespeare, Leicester City’s assistant manager, to Sam Allardyce’s England backroom team.

Shakespeare is joining England in a part-time role and will link up with the squad before the World Cup qualifier against Slovakia early next month.

Leicester reached an agreement with the FA over the weekend and manager Claudio Ranieri is understood to be relaxed over Shakespeare combining both jobs.
