Where did I say that? I said literally the opposite when I said Williams was a good signing for Everton.I see Sydney still believes that once a player turns 30 they become instantly ****e.
Funnily enough though these were an Everton supporters thoughts on it:
Williams would be a short term fix, but we need a fix. He's a leader, plays through pain & has a very good run with injuries. I believe he's only missed a handful of games over the last 5 years. Turning 32 soon not ideal, but he's reliable so I'll take it. Will be part of the long term plan to keep heading up the table.
As for Fellaini, he can enjoy Sunderland. Wonder if he's moving for better things again...
