I see Sydney still believes that once a player turns 30 they become instantly ****e.
Where did I say that? I said literally the opposite when I said Williams was a good signing for Everton.

Funnily enough though these were an Everton supporters thoughts on it:

Williams would be a short term fix, but we need a fix. He's a leader, plays through pain & has a very good run with injuries. I believe he's only missed a handful of games over the last 5 years. Turning 32 soon not ideal, but he's reliable so I'll take it. Will be part of the long term plan to keep heading up the table.

As for Fellaini, he can enjoy Sunderland. Wonder if he's moving for better things again...

This was last weeks bullshit from the Allams list of bullshit to try & make everyone believe they're trying to get players in.
I'm just surprised they didn't try to get Ronaldo, Messi & Bale on loan, realistic targets!

You didn't say good, you said 'fine', and rather begrudgingly too.

I think it might be the first time you've ever said something remotely positive about a signing of someone over 30.

Only scored one? Obviously not a striker's @rsehole, as far as the Aussies on here are concerned.
He might have even got another but Brownie lost faith in him for some reason in his last season. I will defend Syd here and say that certain forward players do go downhill with age but then there are others that don't have attributes that diminish, Zlatan isn't a charger he is an intelligent player with extraordinary technique. I always thought somebody like Cantona too retired way too early, with his attributes he could have played on well into his 30's
