Lower than we expected but rumours of addons and sell on clauses. Cost us nothing from Everton so decent profit.
Watford turn down £38million bid for forward,,, ...meanwhile our signing of an 18 year old goalkeeper has ground to a halt, the stumbling block being an inability to agree a suitable fee.
Not according to their website. Tribunal to decide on compo as the clubs can't agree a price. http://www.afcwimbledon.co.uk/news/article/2016-17/will-joins-hull-city-3164419.aspx?
Update shows we couldn't agree a suitable fee for an 18 year old keeper from Wimbledon so it is going to a tribunal. Meanwhile Watford turn down a £38million bid for a forward. I remember when we were a bigger club than Watford. And Bournemouth..
Utterly barmy that they want a combined 70m+ for Deeney and Ighalo. Vardy and Mahrez must be worth billions at that rate.
Well it is obvious isn't it? It's a " **** off they are not for sale" price. The sort of thing we should do with the players we want to keep like Robbo
Leeds have signed Kyle Bartley on season-long loan immediately after he signed a contract extension at Swansea.
What makes you think he wants anything to do with management or coaching? He's a selfish **** that doesn't give a **** about anyone except himself! He's worse than Ronaldo when it comes to ego's!
Never heard him say anything in any interviews except he's world class, he'll help players at his club. Oh & he'd like to finish his career in Sweden with Malmo!
I've just heard rumours from various places about the deal United are giving him. We'll see when he signs.
It's as I mentioned ages ago. There's that much money in the PL now it will take something ridiculous to buy a clubs prized assets. £38m is a ridiculous amount but he's there, he does the business, he's bloody good and he fits in. How much would he cost to replace? Would a player of similar calibre entertain the notion of playing for Watford? At the end of the day, if his goals keep them up, it's good business. If they sell and his replacement doesn't cut it, they lose a lot more than £38m. If they want to upgrade their squad, it's not like they haven't got enough money to do it anyway.
