So to play in central midfield we now have Meyler, Livermore, Huddlestone, Mason, Henriksen, Weir and I'd say Clucas. To play on the left wing we have... ?

Before Diame left that was the one position that needed serious strengthening. Hopefully we'll get by okay with some square pegs or maybe big bad Mike is gonna play narrow. He's not a daft **** like Steve Bruce was and all these central players as well as a failed bid for another striker point to him having a plan with a narrow team and probably two up front.

I guess Robbo and Elmo darting forward offer enough width on their own.

Henriksen is said to move into left-sided attacking spaces and will hopefully develop good collabaritive understanding with Robbo.

Just seen someone say about Elmo going for the ACON, forgot about that, we need a RB for certain in January if we don't get a free in before then.

Weir plays on the left wing.

@PJBuckingham Dutch journalist told me earlier today that the fee to bring Markus Henriksen to [HASHTAG]#hcafc[/HASHTAG] would be £4.5m.

ACON is 14th January til 5th February according to Wiki? So one of the games is an FA Cup weekend as said.

Meyler is the right back cover for me until Moses is back. Seen a few gripes about signing another central defender but Harry and Dawson with Jake and Davies are plenty. Very exciting to see so many younger lads associated with us now we are quite a vibrant looking squad. Too many times in our history we have gone for older players or injury prone ones who have had their day, the likes of Weir and Keane could be capable of anything with their whole careers ahead of them. Even a few weeks back we had Odemwingie lurking around the place...

Well done Mike Phelan and Ehab Assem in getting six quality players to our club. Hopefully the sale will be concluded soon and Mike Phelan is appointed manager so we can all get behind our great club. I agree about the comments being made about the ages of most of the signings and this bodes well for the future. With the sale, the manager and the new boys adding to our already talented team we could surprise a few and consolidate in the Premier League but they all need us supporters behind them.

Been traveling all day and just got off the ferry from Oregon to Vancouver Island so havent been able to follow all the news. But all I can say is....WOW!! What a fantastic window...well done Phelan and all involved...yes even Ehab if he's been one of the players...which I assume he is.

Henriksen is the ONE I really felt could make a huge difference and getting him for a reported 4.5 mill. is a major coup IMO. Mason also a great addition in CMF although the price was high. Great to get Marshall as backup to Jako...and the two young Man U. lads with lots of potential. Dont know much about Mbokani but he looks like the kind of big strong striker we need to complement Abel.

Overall its exceeded my greatest expectations. Look forward to seeing all the new lads in action soon. BRILLIANT DAY!!!

Just seemed strange the way Sky described it; season long loan that will become permanent in January.
Is there a transfer fee or just the loan fee? when does his existing contract expire?

It's just because our new owners haven't actually taken over yet, so we've loaned him for now and the new owner will pay £4.5m to make it permanent in Jan.
