Sterling should simply slot in up front for us in place of Gerrard and our team should not be any more changed from Sunderland

 

Vlaar and Senderos missing, isn't that their first choice CB pairing...? I know they have the young lad too though, Baker isn't it...?

West Ham striker Andy Carroll will be out for at least four to six weeks after tearing a ligament in his knee.

I liked Carroll and wouldn't have minded him staying as an option, but it was #transfergenius from Rodgers to get £16m for him given his perma-injured status

 

Average player. He's nothing special, and it's farcical that Dalglish bought him let alone bought him for £35m.

But this is bad news - because West Ham will now use Sakho and Valencia, who provide a far more potent, dynamic threat.

 

Surely that's good news? We've already beaten them, and they can still take points off Spurs, (Chelsea), Arsenal, Man City and (for the lols) Everton.

If they take so many points that they finish above us then that's our fault. If we're going to get CL then finishing above West Ham must be a given.
