Well we might as well write this season off. Sturridge is the only one who has the potential for a 20+ goal season, the others will all struggle to get to 10.

i have said many a time since we sold suarez that we would struggle unless we brought a world class striker to replace him sturridge cant be relied on he is injury prone,now we who are we left with feckin lambert and balo they dont put the fear in other teams do they!! brendan or whoever was in charge of transfers made a massive f*** up not buying a 20+ goals a season striker and now i dont honestly see us even getting into the top 4 this season.grrr

 

Often the case that when a player is coming back from injury they nurse the injured area, hamstring in this case, and that puts extra pressure on other ares of the body which is probably why he now has a calf injury. That said we knew he was injury prone and we had no real back up after Suarez had also left. Last season we were lucky in that we never had Suarez and Studge out at the same time.

Looks like letting Dick Orgy stay on loan was a mistake, although not proven in the prem he must be better than Lambert.

 

Not ok with your wumming correction, Sturridge scored 21 goals last season. If we had had him for more than just the first 3 games this season I'm sure he'd have more than just the 1 goal this season already and we might have at least drawn some of the lost games.

 

Well, top 4 is little more than a pipe-dream this year, unless for once in his managerial career BR actually buys well in January (Or buys at all, remember last January?), we are ****ed.
