The exact dates are a load of bollox, players can recover faster or slower than expected so no return date should apply to them all.

I hope that they all recover well. But I KNOW that we are now better able to cover and cope with their absences than we have been for a long time.

True but it's nice to have an estimate, it's quite obvious that Sturridge will be fit in a week or two whereas Coates will be months

Sturridge is the only worry, we have cover in all other positions.

    ................

brillinat!!! oh genius from rodgers. sturridge now misses england qualifiers and risk of injury. he''ll be back for swansea have no fear.

Johnson is ok, a real injury but i am not worried as we have cover.

    3 and 4 are reserves.

Toures should be back but now we have skertl as a "new" hero to some shako too....

    6. no loss he'll be sold when fit.

Sturridge is an 'international' injury, judging by his performance for us at the weekend.

Johnson did pick up an injury, but we have cover for this spot. The question is - who gets that right back spot? Wisdom or Kelly? Wisdom is clearly fit, but Kelly played in the U21 game against United last week, so he's building up his match fitness.

Cissokho's injury is a loss to the side, but so long as Enrique is playing well and doesn't pick up an injury we can cope with Sakho also able to cover back there.

Allen is a worry with the side demonstrating great balance and energy - Will BR slip his love child straight back into the side when fit? I fear Hendo will make way... Please no.

Kolo has been better than I expected and I hope this is why Skrtel played so well on Sunday. With Sakho and Ilori coming in, we have plenty of cover at centre back now.

Coates - I feel really bad for him. He really needed a season out on loan to develop and put the case to Brendan for including him in the club's plans or showcase himself for a move.

Even Hodgson could see that from his vantage point of the broom cupboard under the Main Stand.

Johnson apparently just a sprained ankle... would have thought a couple of weeks rest and he should be fine for our next game.

Hoping Sturridge doesn't play much part in the games for England, he's not been 100% in any of our games this year apparently and would be just our luck that he gets injured just after transfer deadline leaving us in limbo until Suarez gets back.

I wouldn't want to look at Rooney's gash even if he didn't have blue waffles.

We have decent options now which is fantastic I just hope BR doesnt try to fit to many in the back 4 as it will be unbalancing

I'd go, (Without Kolo) Wisdom (Kelly if fit enough) Sakho, Agger (he needs to up his game) and Enrique

Kolo to come in for either Sakho or Agger depending how they're doing. Skrtel despite his awesome disply V Mancs is quite down the pecking order I think
