Coutinho has not been great so far this season IMO so im not sure he will be missed as much as we think, Suarez can play there now when he gets back but im shocked that nobody in the media has said anything about that dirty pig Ashley Williams tackle on Coutinho, hopefully somebody will do the same to him during the season.

  2. Ford is one of those players that doesn't need to play at his top level to influence a game. He links our play so well and it was extremely evident that we struggled once he left the field on Monday.

I do think this is right. coutinho is linking things but is being double marked so while him not playing is a blow its not a huge blow. the question really is how we line it up.

moses in for southampton and aspas on right. not great but next thing in comes suarez the next game

Thus freeing up space for others in the attacking 3rd of the pitch........

What the **** are we making our players do in training that is injuring so many shoulders? Maybe Brendans got the smaller lads (Coutinho, Allen, Borini) wrestling eachother for one starting position

There's one shoulder injury and that was picked up during a match. Stop with the white stuff <laugh>

I am not correct in thinking that Allen, Gerrard, Borini and now Coutinho have all had shoulder surgery in the last 12 months or so? That's ****ing mental!!

Suarez as our new CAM <diva>. expecting a grubby Southampton game now and possibly a stale draw. Coutinho is very influential in how we play I feel and makes us smooth and mobile.

Or we could bring in the Welst Xavi to light up the league again...

    Team News:
Brendan Rodgers has made three changes to his starting XI for the visit of Southampton in the Barclays Premier League, with defender Daniel Agger back in the line-up.
The Liverpool vice-captain missed Monday's match at Swansea City with a knock but returns for today's home fixture against the Saints.

Reds forward Iago Aspas is also selected from the start, while Kolo Toure reclaims his place in the side at Anfield.

The team in full is: Mignolet, Sakho, Agger, Skrtel, Toure, Lucas, Henderson, Gerrard, Aspas, Moses, Sturridge.

Subs: Jones, Kelly, Sterling, Enrique, Wisdom, Ibe, Alberto.

I think Agger himself admitted that he shouldn't have declared himself fit.
