Most of the pic is west of hull
you said "anywhere in here would be fine" even though a large proportion of the map was east of Beverley and Hull.
I was pointing out there was no way a lot of players would want to live or travel to east of Hull.
This is a consensus and explains why east of Hull house prices are considerably cheaper than west of Hull prices.

Yes but the largest part of the map is west

Im not actually the developer of the training ground
Dont worry

Bishop Burton?
Plenty of land around it.
Couldn't we buy some land, build our own facilities whilst still having some shared facilities and cooperation with the college?
Academy already there.
A lovely setting.
West of Beverley and Hull.
Close to Beverley, West Hull villages, Pocklington, on to York outskirts, etc.
Access to / from M62 no worse, arguably better, than from Mill House.

I thought the stadium was designed so that they could add on the top tier to the East stand as it is (not suggesting they wouldn't need a lot of paperwork doing first). But anyway surely the first step is adding on the 3-4000 seats at the top of North and South that we also allowed for in the original design.
Urban myth, we could add another tier on the East, but it would have to be done from scratch, it wasn’t planned into the original design.
So Acun said last night, according to HDM:
*Could the MKM Stadium capacity be increased?

"It was one of my dreams in the beginning. At the moment, if we stay in the league one more year, it will be the time. Unfortunately, we were not sold out all season more than two or three times, I think. If we stay for more than one year, there are some interesting things we can do (with the Chris Chilton Stand) because of the way it was constructed."
So is he believing an urban myth or is there actually something concrete in this (see what I did there)?

The club should consider how many times they would be sold out in the Premier League as well. They could also consider what attendances they could get in the Premier League. Obviously that would also depend on how well they would do. It's not an easy decision to make.

Best bit of flat land is Beverley rd / Low field Rd Anlaby , it never floods especially now the area has the env flood relief it butts up to the Priory Tigers site at Syd Smith which is huge for youngsters . ( Cit missed a trick there )
You’re right it never floods, but I think it is specifically designed to flood in the event of extreme weather as part of the flood relief?
That’s why they’ve created ‘bunds’ with soil round them

If there was an option to extend at the time of construction has this been scuppered by changes to building regulations.?

The option extends to there being land available behind the existing east stand to build a second tier. Though it would make things very tight between an extended stand and the railway line.

Seems there's a lot of chatter about the training ground and academy..We dont seem to have many academy graduates breaking through and all the talk at the moment is bringing in loads of players from foreign leagues.I fear for the youngsters as there is no obvious progression path

The access to the walkway at full time is already very congested so cant imagine any proposal being allowed....but there will be the railway station of course.
