I did not believe the Talk Sport post was credible. I took exception to Tom's comment and behaviour. We should expect better from Mods.

No issues ever with Brendy but am finding Tom increasingly partisan.

Sorry for my part in this @Ian Thumwood

Was a little light hearted relief at the end of a hot and sweaty day.

And I was very surprised Tom getting the Moderator role when he finished school a few years ago.

A little bit like Tonda though, he will benefit from this episode so I am hoping we can all support him through this moment.

The only way to sort this out is with a good old fashioned punch up. Charity boxing match with donations to the saints foundation?

I found the giphy button!

An entirely alien language to anyone old enough to have never used snapchat....

Positive from Peretez, interview with subtitles. Here or transfer thread? This'll do, mods can move it if thought necessary.

He’s been recalled to Bayern Munich. To be sold on …..
Reported as returned to Bayern with his and other lonees future's uncertain following the expulsion and ongoing FA investigation. The positive I was drawing was that he and other recent recruits had enjoyed their time with SFC and working under Eckert something echoed by longer term players.

Had a great time. He’s talking in the past tense and avoids answering the question.
It wouldnt make sense for him to talk in any other tense. He is no longer with the club and is reflecting about the season that has just ended.

He said he loved his time and doesnt have a bad word to say about the manager, city or fans.

He is clearly open to coming back but it will depend on whether he gets a better offer - the latter part being true for pretty much every player we would be interested in.

My view is that if a player blatantly dives, in an attempt to win a free kick, his team mates wouldn’t disown him (OK, maybe CB Fry would have done, but he didn’t see the need for penalty areas). So if the manager has been caught cheating, or getting others to cheat, why will the players suddenly develop a ‘Holier than thou’ attitude, and turn their backs on the manager/the club? Probably the only downside of Saints cheating is that referees will be inclined against Saints, give us nothing, and seek every opportunity to give decisions to the opposition. We’ll then develop a siege mentality, and win every game 1-0, despite actually putting the ball in the opponents’ net at least five times in each match. Probably.
