Exactly mate, it really is time to move on.

Neither side will change their minds so the whole thing is distracting and utterly pointless.

No matter what the financial reality may be, Donald lost all respect when he accused Sunderland supporters of kidnapping his daughter ...

... Methven did the same when he called us thick.

Just f*ck off back down south and stop trying to claim any credit for us being in the PL ...

... because we wouldn't be if you were still here, guaranteed.
No mate I don't. I think he's the worst thing to ever happen to this club and he shouldn’t be given the time of day let alone be at Wembley. Awful man, awful owner.

If some people want to move on or think he's a cùnt, that's fine.

Personally I find it's part of Sunderland's history, good or bad, I'm always interested in the clubs history.

I've witnessed plenty lows in my day's like all us old farts.
It's always nice to look back at where we were to where we are heading after them imo . Like now.

Anyway, am still buzzing.

But I'll still discuss past lows , with those that want to. Those that don't. Take no heed :emoticon-0148-yes:

If there was anything new I might have a passing interest but everything's already been said over and over again.

I'm not issuing instructions, I couldn't care less what people dwell on ...

... only speaking for myself.

Personally, Wycombe was a massive relief getting out of that awful division. Last Saturday was unbridled joy, back where we belong and two fingers to those who doubted us :emoticon-0169-dance:emoticon-0169-dance
For the first time in my life I experienced the feeling of being drained after the Wycombe game, like you said just desperation to get out of that league, while the Sheff Utd game was pure elation and still haven’t come down

Thanks for reminding me why I never go on there anymore. I read a page and a half of mostly people who sound like they should have their belts and shoelaces removed, any sharp objects hidden away from and put on a 24 hour suicide watch. More depressive misery than watching Ingmar Bergman movies after taking mogadon and listening to Leonard Cohen covering the Smiths.

Here is 1 the biggest 1. Bought it when no one else came in after the German fiasco.
That all I'm giving out, no more info at all. You get that.?

There were other interested parties Bob, but Short just wanted out as quickly as possible ...

... those two just said anything at all to get their hands on the prize,.

I understand the whole chain of events leading up to this ect ect but the truth is those 2 greedy men almost destroyed this club so to try and paint themselves as saviours is a bit galling to be honest.
Those who think that nobody was interested In Sunderland are kidding themselves.
KLD or some other wealthy individual will most definitely gave been interested and most likely were.
KLD was smart when he took over just read the threads back he pretty much hounded that lot out with smart moves and financial clout.
Methven trying to place himself as a saviour of the club makes me vomit in my own mouth. He was and is an absolute charlatan of the highest order and deserves no more of any of our fans time.
Rant Owa

The club bought itself off short through the parachute payments and then kld gave him money to buy his shares back off him, the twat has made a fortune out of our club. The piss taking really did stop didn't it, not.

Remember the first part of Madrox (or whatever it was called) meant Madrid as the two idiots managed to mess up that up by moving goalposts later on the same as they did with FFP.

We’ve just been promoted to the Premier League.
With the youngest squad in the league and a young inexperienced manager.
It seems that this great and wonderful news is too much for some.
Desperate for bad news they have to resurrect and relive the awful times in League One under the awful leadership of Donald etc.
You’ve got to laugh.

I’ve spent all week watching various pieces of music being played over the Mayenda goal build up and the goal itself. All of them stop panning just before where I was standing. Got home from holiday yesterday and played that part of the recording just so I could see if I could see myself. Sad I know, but the joy I am showing when he’s running past is what I want to talk about, feel and remember not those two ****eheads!

You’re right mate, they're running out of things to complain about so just going through their back catalogue …

… sound system, club shop, hospitality areas, ticketing, merchandise, standing area, catering, away fan location, etc, all being addressed.

We now have a centre forward, huge wealth, clear ownership, and so on. I can’t think of another of last season’s clubs better run than Sunderland and that includes Leeds and Burnley.

If the only thing that matters is league position they still can’t moan …

… we’re joint top of the PL, haven’t conceded a goal and the transfer window hasn’t closed.

Ha’way the Lads!
